My name is Max, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer who teaches Fitness Self-Defense. I am also certified as a Kickboxing Instructor, Life-Span Coach, and Nutrition Coach. God made us in human bodies that have the potential to do great things through Him. With that, it is our responsibility to maintain, strengthen, and protect it, as the gift that it is.
